This is the provision of SOFTWARE service for routing, costing and management and proof of deliveries/collections in cargo transport (products and goods), through the recording of data on mobile devices and control of operations on desktop computers, connected via the Internet, hereinafter referred to as DIAMONDBIGGER DELIVERY SOFTWARE.

We use the data to follow the progress of the products under tracking until their delivery, through drivers and/or transport companies registered on the platform that have access to the information of the note that details the delivery, carrying out the route to the receiving addresses. The mobile application has the function of guiding and assisting drivers, confirming deliveries, saving stubs and collecting the signature and documents of the receiving person.

The finalization of the delivery generates information that is saved in the cloud and can be viewed by the users of the panels – managers of the authorized companies. The purpose of the control and service is to facilitate the attendance of occurrences, the creation of reports to improve the logistics for those responsible for the delivery management. The accumulation of deliveries also generates datasets to extract anonymized statistical information about the use of the system.
